Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging/condition.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Customers are responsible for packaging the items securely and properly to avoid damage during transit, if the package is damaged upon receival we will reject and not process your return.
  • If the item returned is not in original condition or packaging, we will reject and not process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

How to Start a Return

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
