Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging/condition.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Customers are responsible for packaging the items securely and properly to avoid damage during transit, if the package is damaged upon receival we will reject and not process your return.
- If the item returned is not in original condition or packaging, we will reject and not process your return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
How to Start a Return

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
